Individual Outpatient Session: $120

Insurances accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare.

If you have BCBS, we ONLY ACCEPT these BCBS Plans: Blue Advantage, Blue Select, Blue Care, Blue Options, Classic Blue, and State Health Plan

We accept out-of-pocket payment if we are not paneled with your insurance.

A substance use assessment defines the nature of the substance use, allows us to determine a diagnosis, and develop treatment recommendations.
